Homemade Italian Sausage,  made into meatballs by adding eggs, fresh bread crumbs, more garlic,  fresh basil and more Parmesan cheese.   Rolled in fresh breadcrumbs and fried  until golden brown. Drained on paper towels. I also stuffed a couple of small zucchini. and simmered in with the meatballs. Served over spaghetti.
