My new favourite – Oatmeal Scones. I adapted my regular scone recipe today and made Oatmeal Scones. Added half cup of old fashion oatmeal  to the mix and subbed a little brown sugar for some of the white.  And added just a little cinnamon. Drizzled with a maple syrup glaze.
