July 5th to the 14th – On the Menu

A few of our July meals.
Asian Stir fry Twice
Pork Tenderloin with Eggplant and Tofu.
I really should cook tofu and eggplant more often.  
We both love it.
Spicy Pork with Bean Sprouts.
Diner Food 
 I roasted an extra chicken yesterday,
 just so we could have hot chicken sandwiches for dinner.
 Filet Mignon with Parisienne potatoes, and zucchini and cherry tomatoes.
Carne Colorada, rice , avocado and fresh salsa.
Spaghetti and Clams.
Chicken Pot Pie
 Not the best thing to start making from scratch after getting home from work. 
But Moe called it “unbelievable” So I guess it was worth waiting for.
Sometimes I just feel like hard shell tacos.

    I too am partial to the pasta and clams! That was a full week…you must have had a ton of energy to tackle the chicken pot pie after getting home from work!
