Biscuits for Breakfast

Biscuits again this morning. I used my regular biscuit recipe, this time with cream rather that buttermilk. I was out of cheddar so I made Black Pepper, Chive and Gorgonzola biscuits – easy on the Gorgonzola. If you like blue cheese you will like these. Probably better suited as a dinner biscuits but Moe had his with his morning coffee and I didn’t hear any complaints. In fact he ate three of them.

I tried a new product (to me) product that promised to make the biscuits rise sky high. They DID, but they tasted terrible LOL!!! I\’m going to go and look at your recipe. My biscuits are shameful. They should be called hockey pucks and door knobs.
