We started the evening with Mumm Champagne.   This is the wine that we served at our wedding 32 years ago and we have continued the tradition. First course was a Tex-Mex Prawn and Avocado Cocktail.   This was so good that it ended up being our main course. Very simple.  Kind of like a Tex-Mex Gazpacho….
