Chicken and Black Bean Tacos
I needed to use up the leftover black beans  and the  salsa from Tuesday night’s dinner. 
What better way than in tacos.
Mid afternoon, I pulled all the meat off of a roasted chicken and while  the meat was still warm it was tossed with a little of the salsa for extra flavour.
Warm homemade corn tortillas filled with black beans, chicken , 
topped with lettuce, tomatoes and salsa.
