Tenth Anniversary of Thibeault’s Table PART 2

Week Two

January 9th, 2019
I had been promising Matt a vegetarian lasagna. 
Finally got around to making it for him.
Zucchini Lasagna.
 Layers of both pasta and zucchini.

January 10th, 2019

We had burgers for dinner.
 Stopped at the butcher on the way to work and picked up some fresh ground chuck.

Grilled and served with hand-cut and doubled fried “fries”.


January 11th, 2019

Early morning treat.

Moe loves cornbread so I put one in the oven early this morning.
By early I mean before 4:00 AM

Served with a cappuccino.

For breakfast, at little later I made him

Oxtails.

We both tend to be up most mornings
between 3:00 and 4:00 AM.
So I cook.

I took the same thing to work for lunch.

January 12th, 2019

Picked up a couple of really thick pork chops, bone in at the local butcher. Presalted them on the 11th and left them to air dry in the fridge overnight.

Grilled for dinner and served with a simple tossed salad.

I made Hello Dolly’s  and took them
out of the oven just before bed.

Destined to serve with our
morning cappuccino.
