Callebaut Chocolate and Bing Cherry Buns

Look what I baked this morning.
Chunks of dark Callebaut Chocolate and Bing Cherries in a combination sourdough/yeast dough.
Started the dough when I got home from work last night. Went into the fridge and I took it out this morning at 3:00 AM to warm up.
Shaped and proofed by 5:00 AM and out of the oven before 6:30 AM.
This is my attempt at recreating a Chocolate and Cherry Bun from a bakery that I use to buy from when we lived in Vancouver.
