Irish Bacon and Egg Sandwich on Waterford Blaa Rolls

I just happened to have Irish Wiltshire Bacon Rashers on hand,
so  for dinner last night , I made Moe a bacon and egg sandwich 
on one of the Waterford Blaa rolls .
