I have Karen, from   Karen’s Kitchen Stories to thank for  this recipe.  According to Karen, unless you are in Waterford,Ireland when you bake  these rolls, you are not suppose to call them Waterford Blaa. Since these were baked on the west coast of British Columbia they are technically not a real Waterford Blaa….
