Chicken Fajitas

I used the round cast iron griddle again, this time to make Mexican. 
Chicken breasts marinating in homemade salsa.
Chicken on the very hot griddle.
Seared.
Onions and green peppers.
Sliced and ready to serve.
With homemade flour tortillas.
Topped with salsa and guacamole.

  1. Okay, now I want one. I am always hesitant to make Mexican food because I hate cilantro, but I like all the rest, but I was told it is all not real if it does not have cilantro.

  2. I LOVE cilantro and can't imagine a salsa without cilantro. BUT, I know others like you that hate cilantro and love Mexican food. So go for it Madonna. ~Ann
