Weekly Food Diary.

 August 12 to August 19th.
 Matt is visiting for a couple days.
Last night’s dinner cooked on the grill.
Halibut for Moe and I and chicken breast for Matt the fish hater.
 
 Blueberry Waffles
I used my favourite buttermilk pancake recipe with the addition of extra flour.
With real Maple Syrup.
 Ready for the oven.
Chicken Breasts stuffed with Mushroom Duxelles.
Served with a Green Peppercorn Wine Sauce.
I worked in the Victoria store last week.  I stopped on the way home
 and picked up dinner from the Pig BBQ Joint in Langford.
Pulled Smoked Pork Sandwiches.
Prime Rib dinner with Yorkshire Puddings.

Dinner starting with a Shrimp Cocktail
And Grilled Halibut as our main course.

  1. What a great menu! We are starting to have issues with everyone eating the same thing. I see you found your way around that problem. I would love everything you cooked this week.
