It all looks delish, but the Greek sounds especially appetizing this week, and your zucchini is my favorite way to have it. We call zucchini our new potato.
Thanks Monique. I have a little gadget that looks like a potato peeler, but makes julienned cuts. Had it years, but keep forgetting to use it. Worked great on the zucchini.~Ann
