Homemade Perogies

Had a craving for Perogies.
Made enough for dinner and froze another three dozen.
Filled with potatoes, cheddar and fried onions.
Tossed with fried onions and side pork and
served with sour cream.
Although a little time consuming, perogies are very easy to make.

  1. Ann, I have made these for my son using your recipe and he loves them. And that is a compliment 🙂 He is very picky. I'll be making these again soon for my son.

  2. I love perogies but have never had the courage to make them. Yours look delicious.

  4. Thanks Debbie. My son loves them too. The three dozen in the freezer have been promised to Matt and Dana. From Beyond, give the recipe a try. You will be surprised just how easy they are to make. Thanks Monique.

  5. Now you're speaking my language. Growing up I had only ever had frozen perogies. That all changed when I moved to Calgary and used to have \”The Perogie Lady\” deliver them to my door. Sadly I haven't made them myself in a umber of years. Thanks for the reminder, once the weather cools down….wink.

  6. Ann, I am back to tell you that my son is leaving on Friday for a trip to Poland and guess what? He is taking a perogies class. I make your perogies all the time.
