My work schedule at the moment is Friday, Saturday and Sunday. I have been trying to plan dinners on those nights that are easy to put together. Pot roast is one of them. I can start it in the morning and just have Moe take it out of the oven when it is done. All I had to do when I got home last night was to cook the potatoes, mash them, make the gravy and warm up the meat. Dinner was on the table in less than 30 minutes. Leftovers make great sandwiches.

I like planning this way also.I\’m not 1/4 the planner you are..but it is great to come home to ameal that smells and tatste like you were home cooking all day.I just don\’t understand people who every day open cans or boxes and think it\’s a healthy way to eat.Have you read the ingredients?Give me fresh any day.It\’s funny i said that..I am opening a jar of VH to taste my childhood tonight.IT\’s been yrs.
