Starter fed at night and a biga made from the discard
This is what it looked like in the morning.
Starter went back into the fridge and the
biga went into a 1000g dough.
Six soudough baguettes came out of the
oven just before bed.
Sliced the next morning for breakfast.
Buttered Toast

AnnT, that looks beautiful, and even the tomatoes look good. Here they are still uniformly awful. I was just checking to see how Moe was doing and it appears that he's doing well enough that you are baking bread, so that's a good thing. Hugs to both of you.
