Antipasto Board

Promised Moe an Antipasto platter for dinner one
night last week. 

Grilled the mushrooms, zucchini, peppers and eggplant before leaving for work.

Roasted the little cherry tomatoes after I got home. I wanted them
still warm to put on top of the grilled Brie.

Served with a lovely dry Prosecco.
