Roast Chicken

I know this looks like dinner
but
 it was actually
 breakfast.
It had been intended for Sunday night’s dinner, 
but that didn’t  happen
so I made it for Monday’s breakfast.

    I had a friend as a kid and their family had fried chicken with biscuits and gravy most Sunday's for breakfast.

    Hi Ann! Did you roast this at 500 degrees or did you use a different method? It looks delicious.

  3. Lisa, yes, roasted at 500°F. Presalted the day before.
