A favourite summer meal.
Perfect on a hot evening.
Antipasto plate with 
homemade bread and grilled vegetables
Italian sausage and a Caprese Salad.
And Honeydew Melon 
wrapped in prosciutto and drizzled with olive oil and fresh ground pepper.

    Perfect for dinner…especially when it is really warm. Love the idea of including grilled eggplant!
