I had planned to feed my starter earlier this week but never got around too.
And I was out of bread.
So late Thursday afternoon, I kneaded up a batch of dough
and baked four loaves of my basic bread.
Not Sour dough.
Started around 3:30 and the last two loaves came out of the oven at 10:00 AM.
Sliced this morning and ready to toast.
