“Saturday White Bread”
Baked Two Loaves with a slight twist.
One large loaf
and one large loaf that split into four smaller loaves.
Using half the dough, I shaped four small round loaves
and put them together in a wooden bowl
lined with a floured tea towel.
The loaves joined as the dough rose, forming one large loaf.
As the loaves cooled they were easy to split apart into
four smaller loaves.
The recipe is from Flour Water Salt Yeast.
The only thing I altered was the amount of water in the recipe.
I increased the amount of water from 720g to 820g.

Very pretty. That bread came out very nice 🙂
As always, I enjoy stopping by on bread day. I like the unique look you got with the big loaf.
How rustic and charming.. Breaking bread at the table!
Thank you!!!
