Ann, I followed your recipe for tourtiere. One pie served as our \”snack\” while waiting for a rib roast to cook on Christmas day. Everyone loved it. My meat loving son-in-law was very impressed. I'm going to cut the extra pie in fourths and freeze the sections for future meals. Something wonderful to look forward to.
They look beautiful!We freeze ours unbaked..can never get a good shot..did you see the ones in Chatelaine or Cdn Living? with mustard in them:) Might work..Matthew..is as lucky as Moe~
