Friday, September 6th
Pan fried pork chop, farm fresh eggs and fried potatoes.
 Tuesday, September 3rd.

Grilled Lamb Sirloin Chops
With stacked Greek Salad
Monday, September 2nd.
Grilled Prime Rib with homemade fries.
Sunday, September 1st.

Carne Colorada – Served over rice 
With homemade corn tortillas.
Friday, August 30th

Grilled Pork Tenderloin with roasted beets and beet greens.
