A childhood “Chinese Take-Out” favourite.
No real recipe.
Just boneless chicken breasts, flattened, rubbed with a little garlic, salt and pepper,
dipped in a light batter and fried in hot oil.

Sliced and served topped with gravy and toasted almonds.
This has always been one of my favourite Chinese Canadian dishes at our local restaurants. Lstley I have become enamoured with the ,eon version as well as the chicken version of Ginger Fried Beef.
proof that simple is indeed best! Thanks for sharing.velva
