Bangers and Mash
A very simple dinner but
oh sooooooo gooooood!
The sausages I used are made by a local Vancouver Island company
Hertel’s Meats.
They make a number of sausage, my favourite being their
British Bangers and a fresh Chorizo sausage.
British Pub food reminds me of what I call Diner Food.
Served with caramelized onions, mashed potatoes, sage gravy,
rutabaga and sugar snap peas.
Yoo hoo….wish I lived next door!!!
