Roast Chicken and Shepherds Pie

Two of my most repeated meals.
Roast Chicken & Shepherds Pie

I would be happy to eat a Roast Chicken dinner once a week if not more often.

There is just something comforting about this meal.

What’s not to like about Roast Chicken with Homemade Stuffing/Dressing

with

Mashed Potatoes and Gravy.

Same goes for Shepherds Pie.

This is another favourite.

I can smell the chicken roasting in the oven! Looks fabulous and your shepherd's pie is so elegant! Yum.
