Another one of those dinners that might not be considered “summer fare”, but, I had a craving.
I baked an eight pound bone in ham for dinner last night and served it with our traditional sides –
squash and steamed broccoli.
Now I have leftover ham to make a few of Moe’s favourite meals. Ham and Eggs, Scones with ham and onion, and either a pot of beans or a bean soup.
