Breakfast – Mushroom Omelette

I made mushroom omelettes for breakfast yesterday. I had some small portabello mushrooms to use up. Fried and season with just chives they were the perfect filling.



A few sauted cherry tomatoes from the garden and a sprig of basil and Moe was a happy man.
