Moe’s Birthday Dinner

Moe’s birthday dinner. Grilled Filet Mignon with roasted potatoes, asparagus and corn on the cob. Cooked just the way we like it. Rolled Meringue Cakewith with Strawberries and whipped cream. It is a family tradition to celebrate Moe’s birthday witha strawberry dessert.

Potato Quesadillas

 Potato, poblano chili peppers and cheese Quesadillas. With Home-made flour tortillas Potatoes are fried first and then combined with fried onions, garlic and roasted chopped poblano peppers. Spread on tortillas and topped with cheese and another tortilla. Cooked in a cast iron pan with a little butter.Served with homemade salsa.
