I stopped and picked up Halibut one day last week, on my way home from work.  Wanted something quick and easy for dinner.  Pan fried and served with a buttered rice  with fresh shelled peas from our little garden.

Love this time of year when locally grown tomatoes are finally available. My favourite season. Fresh tomato sauce with garlic and basil from the garden. Hot linguine tossed with the tomatoes and served with roasted Italian Chicken. A quick and very easy dinner.

Moe’s birthday dinner. Grilled Filet Mignon with roasted potatoes, asparagus and corn on the cob. Cooked just the way we like it. Rolled Meringue Cakewith with Strawberries and whipped cream. It is a family tradition to celebrate Moe’s birthday witha strawberry dessert.

 Potato, poblano chili peppers and cheese Quesadillas. With Home-made flour tortillas Potatoes are fried first and then combined with fried onions, garlic and roasted chopped poblano peppers.
