Spaghetti Carbonara

A bastardized version of Spaghetti Carbonara.
It is traditionally made with Pancetta, eggs and parmesan cheese.
I decided on the spur of the moment to make
Spaghetti Carbonara for breakfast.
I used what I had on hand.
I fried thick cut bacon and set it aside.
Broke it into small pieces.
While the pasta was cooking I beat two eggs
with 1/3 cup of heavy cream and 1/4 cup of
fresh grated Parmesan.
Drained the pasta and put it back into the pot
it was cooked in and then added the egg mixture.
Stirred well to coat all of the pasta.
Added the bacon  and season with salt and pepper.
Plated and finished by grating more
Parmesan cheese over  each serving.
