I have a very happy husband.
Bought a new espresso machine recently.
It is a
De’Longhi Dedica Pump Espresso Machine (EC680)
with a very small foot print
making it perfect for smaller kitchens with
limited counter space, but without compromising
on the quality of performance.
I read a lot of reviews on this machine before
purchasing and I must say I’m not disappointed.
This little machine produces a good crema as well as
lots of thick billowy foam.
Moe and I like our Cappuccinos slightly different.
He likes his more traditional and I like mine “dry”
with mostly foam and very little milk.
I bought Moe a mug from a local
potter – Hillary Huntley
I stopped at her Studio on
Saturday and bought a second mug, in the same
colours but slightly smaller.
So we now have His and Her cappuccino mugs.
