Since we didn’t have turkey for Christmas, I was feeling deprived. Picked one up on Sunday.  Presalted it and roasted it Monday.   We had a traditional turkey dinner. As Moe said, a turkey dinner is all about the sides.

I baked the Kaisers on Boxing Day  with the intentions of having sandwiches for dinner, using the leftover grilled beef tenderloin.  But we went to a friend’s open house,  and come time for dinner,  neither of us was hungry. So………… I made Moe a couple of little sandwiches for Sunday’s breakfast. I had to work…
