I decided, rather late afternoon on Thursday, that I would make pizza for our Valentine’s Day dinner.
So, Thursday afternoon I started a batch of dough.
Half the dough went into the fridge to be used to make the pizza
and with the other half I made three rustic baguettes.
The last baguette came out of the oven just after 10:00PM
Tore off a piece off for Moe
for a before bed snack.
Split a baguette for breakfast.
Toasted
Lots of nooks and crannies to hold the butter.
Valentine’s Day Dinner
The remaining dough was used to make pizza.
The Pizza was topped with sausage and mushrooms.
