The last couple of weeks have been busy with Moe trying to get some boards made
before his surgery next Monday.
He is having rotator cuff surgery on his left shoulder.
This injury has put a crimp into his board making.
We have still been eating well though.
Some of our recent meals.
Greek Style Grilled Pork Tenderloin with Orzo.
No recipe, just rub the
Pork Tenderloin with garlic, salt, pepper and oregano
and squeeze the juice of a lemon over the meat.

The Orzo was cooked and then tossed with chopped baby spinach, a seeded chopped tomato, pitted Kalamata Olives, green onion, dill and feta cheese and then baked for 15 minutes in a 350°F oven.
Mixed Greens with a Lime and Lemon Dressing
with roasted boneless chicken breast in a red wine sauce.
Cioppino with Dungeness Crab, Halibut and Mussels.

Halibut with Roasted Potato Wedges.
The halibut was topped with buttered breaded crumbs, seasoned with fresh garlic and basil.
Topped with tomatoes and drizzled with a little butter before baking.
Grilled Lamb Loin Chops.
This is the third meal we have had from the
whole lamb I have in the freezer.
Best Lamb ever.
Lamb was rubbed
with garlic, salt, pepper and rosemary.
