Sunday Farmer’s Market

On my way to work yesterday I stopped at our new Sunday Farmer’s Market.
It is just around the corner from where I work so it was very convenient.
I was early so many of the vendors were not set up yet.
Lucky for me  Lucinda from Frog Song Farm was also early and
she had what I was looking for.
Garlic.
Big Beautiful Garlic.

The cloves are huge.
Between now and September I will be stocking up on Garlic.
Buying enough to keep me going well into the new year.

I also picked up a few vegetables for dinner.
Baby Cauliflower, Carrots and Broccoli, Snow Peas and fingerling potatoes.

The potatoes were roasted along side a pork tenderloin and the other vegetables were steamed and tossed with butter and garlic.

Served with a light Mustard Sauce.
