Moe heard on the news this morning that it was IHOP’s National Pancake Day.
So he requested pancakes for breakfast.

Rather than make my regular pancakes I went instead with Cinnamon Roll Pancakes
drizzled with a Cream Cheese Glaze.

A little drizzle of the glaze was good,
A lot was even better.

The only minor change I made was to add a tablespoon of sugar to the pancake batter and I also subbed out butter for the oil in the batter.
