Yesterday was Moe’s  Birthday.   He requested Rack of Lamb for dinner.    On my way to work, I made a detour to my favourite butcher and bought local Lamb.  The rack was rubbed with fresh rosemary, garlic, black pepper and salt and grilled to medium rare.   Served with chive mashed potatoes, carrots (for Moe)…
