Asian Style Baby Back Ribs

I had initially planned to make Greek Ribs for dinner but after shopping in one of the Chinese Grocery stores in Victoria I came up with another idea.  Asian style baby back ribs served with a spicy noodle dish.  The ribs were  rubbed with fresh garlic and ginger (both grated on a microplane) red chili paste and for a little sweetness, Thai Red Chili sauce, and drizzled with sesame oil.  Wrapped in plastic wrap and refrigerated for a few hours.

Placed in the centre of a hot grill and cooked over indirect heat for about 50 minutes until tender.

It's quite amazing how you knock together these creations *after* having worked all day. And I imagine there's housework and wotnot yet. I do enjoy the vicarious eating.

  2. Anonymous, thank you for following my blog. Although yesterday was not a workday, it certainly is a dinner that can be put together in no time at all. Even on a work day. Thanks again.Ann

A mouthwatering meal, Ann. I can't wait to try your noodle recipe. I could make a meal on this alone.
