Happy birthday to Moe. For Christmas I was given a pasta attachment for my KitchenAid but am working up the confidence to use it.
Val, I don't use an attachment. I've debated about buying that same attachment. But I find it easy to roll pasta out by hand, so I probably wouldn't use the attachment.~Ann

This looks so delicious. I was happy to see you roll out the dough by hand. I would love to make these but always resist since I don't own a pasta machine or an attachment and since I cook in such small batches I have trouble justifying purchasing one.
