Grilled Pork Chops with Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Grilled Pork Chops
rubbed  with fresh minced garlic, salt, pepper and fresh rosemary.
Served with slices of potatoes roasted in olive oil and a little chicken broth ,   seasoned with shallots, fresh thyme, salt and pepper.

And the highlight of this dinner – Roasted Brussels Sprouts with garlic and fresh lemon juice.

I roasted the Brussels Sprouts in a cast iron skillet, next to the Pork Chops, on the grill.

OH MY these were so good.  Will definitely be on the menu on a regular basis.
