Roast Beef Breakfast

When we lived in northern Ontario we would often go out for a Sunday Breakfast brunch.  There was always the standard breakfast items and usually a couple of meats at the carving station.  Moe loved the combination of rare roast beef and gravy with his scrambled eggs.

I had presalted (see method)a little sirloin tip roast early in the week with the intentions of roasting it for dinner on Friday night but instead made the Firecracker Prawns.  And then Saturday night I participated in a virtual pasta dinner on the Cooking Forum.
So……….I roasted it Sunday morning (high heat method)  and made Moe a very happy man.

 Served with scrambled eggs,
fried potatoes
and instead of toast – Yorkshire Puddings.
The recipe for Yorkshire Pudding can be found on this previous post – Sunday Night Dinner.
