New Kitchen Toy
Since my original post I’ve used the Breville All-In-One
a number of times and I continue to be impressed.
Grated potatoes using the fine side of the grater
and fried them for breakfast.
Crispy Shoestring potatoes.

and used the whisk to made the Hollandaise Sauce.
I also used the blade to grind/chop sirloin steak
for burgers.
One and a third pounds of Sirloin cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes.
Pulsed to grind. Really quick and the grind uniform.
The sirloin was lean so I added a little butter to the mix.
Grilled and served with fresh local corn.
Follow up – I also went back and purchased the
Breville Digital Hand Mixer.
Another quality appliance from Breville.
