Bread Pudding Muffins with Caramelized Apples

Bread Pudding Muffins with Caramelized Apples.
The apples were sauteed in butter and brown sugar and seasoned with cinnamon.
The bread was cut into cubes and added to the custard and then the apples were added to the mix.

Filled the muffin cups  almost to the top.

Not shown here, but I also made my caramel sauce to drizzle over the warm muffins.
