I needed to use up the remaining 2/3rds  of dough from Wednesday batch.

I called Moe from work and asked him to take the dough out of the fridge at 3:00 PM so that it would be ready to work by the time I got home.

 

There was enough dough to make a pizza for  dinner

 and 

three large loaves of bread.
