The Sweet and the Savory

A couple of breakfasts this week – Raspberry Scones and Cheese and Chive Biscuits.

The Sweet

   

Thursday’s breakfast. 

Scones show up here on the breakfast menu a couple of times a month.  I keep raspberries, blackberries and blueberries in the freezer just for scones.

Friday’s Breakfast.  

Cheese and Chive Biscuits.

My Favourite Biscuit Recipe

These biscuits also had fresh garlic added to the mix.

These were ‘drop’ biscuits not rolled and cut.

Split and buttered.  Soooooo Good!!

    Oh, my, I would say YES to these. No need to bother asking twice. I think your drop biscuits with the cheese and chive would have been a perfect accompaniment with a soup I made recently.
