A couple of months ago I was asked by Deana Sidney if I would lend a board to be used in a movie that she was working on.
Deana is a production designer
and

Our board is beautifully showcased in the Kitchen.
The movie is titled El Cielo es Azul and was filmed in the Hamptons.
The actress – Stefanie Sigman– stared in a movie last year – Miss Bala – which was nominated for a number of Awards.
Stefanie was kind enough to pose with the board.

Yes, congratulations. And the board is lovely.
If I may say, it looked gorgeous and features prominently in the finished scene. I thought of it the moment I knew I had to do a tiny kitchen for the character… needed a few perfect things and that did the trick. We also used cut slabs for the sofa tables from Indonesia and they looked all related. Thanks again to Ann for her amazing boards… like carved works of art!!
